Please note that within reason we are able to design
cutting profiles to suit customer requirements, some of our
customers have their own bespoke profiles.
Edging Materials Specification,
The Eco-Edge system allows a variety of blade materials and tooth profiles which are
specifically designed for both the domestic solid board and commercial corrugated carton
markets. The Eco-Edge system brings together materials and tooth profiles that when, combined
produce a very efficient cutter blade for kitchen film and foil dispenser cartons.
The majority of our material is supplied pre glued with a pressure sensitive adhesive that is
designed for optimum compatibility to the Eco-Edge range of blading system. However with the
recent introduction of our latest combination machine giving us the capability of applying
unglued material via our newly developed in line integrated auto gluing system. To compliment
this new system we now also supply plain unglued materials, in the full range of substrates
Materials are supplied in roll form in widths ranging between 250mm to 500mm, with a
thickness range from 250um to 350um in roll lengths of 250 metres, note 500meter rolls can be
supplied to special order.
Heavy-duty materials are also available for the commercial corrugated market.
